  The worst customer service I've ever experienced. You'd think anyone working in finance would be detail oriented. That is not the case - I've been through the ringer w/ this branch, having to return to 5 times to open an estate account. In reality, it should have been two. Naming names, Daniel needs to practice some care in what he does - he put in the address on my license, when I told him that is not my current address (causing an issue with card/check distribution). He also scanned documents, then came back and told me the legal dept was missing what I'd personally handed him. Not only that, he typed in my phone number in the account setup, and for the last 4 digits, entered the last 4 of my SS# - now I'm unable verify for online banking. I've had to go into a branch in person 3 times to correct these blunders. Simply amazing - and not even an apology for it. The branch also replied they're "digital" which is why they never pick up the phone. It's inconceivable how they're able to operate in this manner.

  I am utterly disgusted by the way this bank treats its employees, especially the new ones. I witnessed firsthand today how a staff member was publicly berated for simply not knowing something. The yelling and condescending tone were completely uncalled for. It's appalling to see such a lack of respect and professionalism in a workplace. What's even more concerning is how this behavior affects the overall customer experience. I was trying to complete a transaction both in person and online today, and the tension in the branch was palpable. It's hard to feel confident entrusting your money to an institution that clearly doesn't value its staff. This bank needs a serious culture overhaul. Treating employees with dignity and providing proper training should be a top priority. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire organization.

  This branch is useless when it comes to helping customers with problems they created. I waited 3 hours at the branch before someone met with me.

  The worst overhaul on this branch. Completely sterile and staff is non existent for the amount of traffic they have. I’m always on a long line
