    Poor management in the Holbrook location. Not enough tellers too many people and not enough tellerstoo long of a wait. Very poor management if you don’t believe me come and see for yourself

    The worst customer service I've ever experienced. You'd think anyone working in finance would be detail oriented. That is not the case - I've been through the ringer w/ this branch, having to return to 5 times to open an estate account. In reality, it should have been two. Naming names, Daniel needs to practice some care in what he does - he put in the address on my license, when I told him that is not my current address (causing an issue with card/check distribution). He also scanned documents, then came back and told me the legal dept was missing what I'd personally handed him. Not only that, he typed in my phone number in the account setup, and for the last 4 digits, entered the last 4 of my SS# - now I'm unable verify for online banking. I've had to go into a branch in person 3 times to correct these blunders. Simply amazing - and not even an apology for it. The branch also replied they're "digital" which is why they never pick up the phone. It's inconceivable how they're able to operate in this manner.
