- ASA SSep 3, 20255.0My mother recommended this bank to me, as she loves the customer service and mentioned the bank manager (Celik) was excellent. I went in the next day and was so impressed by a baking consultation by Celik. He truly went above and beyond what most “bigger banks” do. As a matter of fact, I feel invisible at the other banks I have accounts with. What truly impressed me was that Celik noticed I had a healthy business and savings account with very low overhead. He was the first baking professional to recommend I open a high yield savings account. My question was, why in all these years has no one at my other banks recommended this to me? I can’t wait to move all my funds to a more customer facing bank with an EXCELLENT bank manager. Celik is truly a personable banking professional and it’s very clear that he loves what he does.
