- SSSBC SBCDec 27, 20251.0If Flagstar manages Money Network for CA state disabled and unemployed, fire them. No bank account. No service. Tiny ATM machine cards that may or may not work. An App that does not work. So forget transfers. Worthless. To Flagstar Owner, Thank you for your quick response. But it is not just me with these problems, but thousands in our state, disabled or job loss. Tiny ATMs at drug stores won't pay our rent. Disabled cannot get there at all. App not functioning for many who carefully download it. Fix this. Link to our personal accounts upon inception.

I came in to exchange bills, something I’ve done here before in the past with signature & flagstar but was met with sarcasm and laughter from Michelle and Serena when I explained the situation. Instead of helping or showing basic professionalism, Michelle told me, “I guess you won’t be doing business here anymore.” Customer service should be respectful and empathetic. She’s right, I won’t be returning to this branch again. Please avoid Michelle at all cost .
