Since I am an Asian, she thought I wouldn't be able to understand her, and started laughing with her co-worker and saying, "Student? That's sure a full-time job" etc etc. What's really scary is that's only a single slide of their horrible attitude toward their customer I had to experience since I opened my account in last December, 2015.
