- JSJ. S.Jun 2, 20251.0I strongly advise against opening a business checking account or ANY checking account at this Wells Fargo location. After having my account for over a year, I attempted to add a beneficiary, a common practice at other banks, but was met with a rude and dismissive representative named Sebastian Herrera, who told me it wasn’t possible and offered no explanations or alternatives. Despite my visible confusion and dismay, Sebastian even encouraged me to close my checking account instead. While I waited, I noticed that staff seemed more interested in assisting clients of similar ethnicities, while instructing me to sit in the waiting area without the opportunity to discuss my concerns privately. This experience, marked by prejudice and egregious customer service. DO NOT open business checking account, or ANY account at this location. There are many other financial institutions that provide better and more respectable support and customer service. I’ve already file a case with Wells Fargo and will be reporting this to the CFPB and FDIC.
