- DOD OlajideOct 12, 20251.0On a Sunday after going inside the Bank and using my Chase card to take money out there own bank and pay the transaction fees. The Bank teller tells me that I am unable to get any Singles 1$ bills because I dont have an account with TD Bank... Again I just used my bank card fron Chase to amount cash from their ATM, I went inside to get some singles for a Wedding that I am apart of, and the bank teller wouldnt exchange my 250 in 2 one hundred dollar bills and etc for some singles. That why i dont have an account with TD Bank. Im thinking of going on a campaign to have ppl deactivate their TD Bank account. Its a Sunday for God Sake.

- FAfarzana amianJun 8, 20251.0Customer service on weekdays is far better than weekends. Bank is open on weekends so who ever can’t make it on weekdays can be served on weekend customers. But these people who works on the desks to do the customer service work like they are sitting on their butt and very serious on looking at the computer. Not only they provide slow service, also make faces like they were forced to work here. Better hire some youngsters and trained them to smile at-least. I have been waiting here since 12pm. I was behind 4 people, now it’s 1:02pm and I am still behind 1. They should have corporate mystery visit on weekends just to find out how your paid employees provide customers on weekends. By the way one teller is still shouting with a drive thru customer now…horrible horrible horrible
