- GCGods ChildJun 14, 20252.0truly enjoy banking with Jovia Financial Credit Union — their services have been reliable and helpful, and I appreciate being a member. However, my recent experience inside the branch was disappointing. I visited on a Saturday morning/afternoon to sign documents for an approved loan and ended up waiting over 30 minutes. Despite there being two employees present, only one person was assisting customers, leaving the entire branch backed up. The long wait times and limited in-branch support made the process inconvenient and frustrating, especially for something that should’ve been quick. I hope Jovia considers improving in-branch staffing and efficiency, especially on weekends when more people tend to visit. Better service inside the branch would make an already great credit union experience even better.
