- W4WC 44 days ago5.0i don't know why there are negative reviews about this branch. They helped me with everything I needed. The only issue I have ever had with this location is that the ATM doesn't work sometimes. Everything else is good. And Natalia is so hot too.

And it feels nice, everything is always easy, and fast pace. I've never ran into any problems ever. Idk, where these bad reviews are coming from. Maybe they got confused with the bank they were at. Some of these reviews are down right rude. Why write something really nasty keep it to yourself. And go find somewhere else if you not happy. But for me they all great people. And I am glad I go here.
- NDNessa DJul 10, 20251.0I, along with my husband and daughter have been banking with TD for 20 plus years. Recently, every time I make a deposit I am badgered with intrusive questions like, “Where did the money come from”? And “What do you plan on doing with it?” This has happened on multiple occasions with two different tellers, both were deposits of $3,000. They also make you agree to the deposit via text as to track your every move. Today, I decided to make a deposit into my Capital One account to see if this was something all banks were requiring, there were NO questions asked! I called customer service and was told this is a policy of all TD Banks and that it can be found on their website under the personal deposit agreement. I just looked and it is NOT written as such in their agreement. TD Bank is a Canadian bank so I am assuming this is something that is done in Canada, but here in America, as long as the deposit is under $10,000 there should be no questions asked! We will be closing our 4 accounts, including a business account due to this ridiculous “policy”.

Last time I was in the manager, Joe, pulled me aside to talk about different promotions the bank had going on that our business might be interested in.
