    I just visited this branch for assistance with my account but instead I was instructed to visit the branch that opened the account for help and support. As per the representative that was assisting me, "you are not from here, we don't know you... sorry." After the validation of my home address and request. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Needless to say, I closed my account and terminated the relationship with TD Bank. If you visit a bank you conduct business with, they should attempt to help in my opinion, not treat guest unprofessional and unwelcomed. Save your time if you are not a regular customer.

    I opened a business with this branch an iam very happy and pleased with their service. Especially Darlene she is very smart and knowledgeable and somebody who makes it happen regardless of difficulty of the task. Thank you TD Hampton Bays

    Called in on behalf of a mutual client to ask a basic question about doing a trace on Wired funds. The rep Darlene I spoke to was extremely rude and not very helpful at all. I was not asking to get their account information, only if they are able to do a TRACE. Would not recommend this branch at all if this is how they treat people. They also gave their own client incorrect information!!! Neither of us were happy with their services.
