- CGCrystal GJun 16, 20255.0This bank is set in a busy and good location. It is full service with a drive through ATM and also people working inside during business hours. I came recently and needed some in person help with my accounts. There was a long line but I got lucky because I didn’t need help from a teller. An associate who worked in the office helped me quickly and got me in and out efficiently. She answered all my questions and was very pleasant.

The branch manager lied to me about a hold placed on my account, which he decided on his own to do "because I didnt feel comftorable" after my money had made its deposit. This caused major delays in getting my car, affecting my family and my daughter's life, and it cost me hundreds in rental fees as well as my daughters first cheer preformance. I specifically asked when the funds would be available, not when they would clear, and was given false information. I've lost all trust in KEY Bank and will be moving all our family accounts elsewhere where I feel SAFE to move forward with the Housing Proccess. Avoid this place if you value your time and money!!!
