I was trying to cash a $30 check for a family member (same last name, have his account details, everything they could need), and the family member is unable to come to the bank. The workers weren’t willing to do anything at all, and accused me of stealing the check. Extremely upset and will not be returning, most likely will be switching banks entirely.
