- MOMM OutdoorsmanSep 16, 20251.0Went into this bank for fraudulent charges on my account. The relationship manager Janet, said she ordered me a new debit card and canceled the fraduulant charge. I had to call the 800 number to find out where my card was and she siad it was never canceled nor was the card ordered. Are you kidding me? The lady had to order me one on the phone. I think people need to be retrain and understand that customer care in banking is crucial in keeping accounts utilizing Keybank. I will be looking for other options. Sorry doesn't cut it any more in society especially when you are expecting these bankers to know their jobs.
