I can assure you she is pleasant, helpful, attentive and she KNOWS who comes in that branch by their first name. I apologize for not knkwing everyone's names, but theyve all ben very supportive and helpful everytime i have walked in that branch.

She is super unresponsive, refuses to talk to me on the phone and has her tellers take down my info all the time just to not call back. As others have said she has favoritism for certain customers and treats the rest like complete trash. Someone with that much anger problems and lack of responsibility should be not in charge. Bill is great tho :)
