- ALAmber LynneOct 15, 20251.0Easily the most unhelpful and cold-hearted bank I’ve ever dealt with. Every employee I spoke to went in circles, gave me zero clear answers and acted like basic courtesy was beneath them. I came in to pay off an auto loan in full — the buyer was with me, check ready, and the car on a trailer right in their parking lot. When I politely asked if he could use the restroom, they flatly said no, “for customers only.” I have been there for three years-yet my buyer, who came in with a large check to fulfill the amount, is not able to use the facility??? That kind of treatment says everything about this bank. No empathy, no professionalism, and no sense of basic human decency. It’s alarming that an institution handling people’s finances can operate with such arrogance and disregard. Wells Fargo should be ashamed of how its staff represents the brand.
