- RBrobin baronDec 8, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would went to set up an hsa account on my only day off was told had to do online they don’t set up these accounts at the branch. Online wouldn’t let me do it called the main number who stated this was absolutely untrue. Sent me to another branch who after all my time wasted trying to set this up online and speaking with their exactly very helpful man who spoke to me from their main number they couldn’t fit me in. So now I’m going to be out the large contribution my job gives towards this account as there is only a short window to set up these account as it is a new job. . If this weren’t the bank my job has their account through I would never ever step foot in a key bank again. Update this review is should have been for the Dewey ave branch
- DCDan CocoSep 25, 20251.0ATM has issues again. Does not provide a clear error message for failure to accept check deposit. Spits out a printed receipt with error with no info. Check scan works, gives total, card accepted, etc. This atm has eaten my cash deposit before.
