- MLMi LiJul 8, 20241.0The service from this branch is horrible. Like other reviews said, I can not believe this place is even a bank! I was going there to make a CD deposit. No one comes to ask you anything. I was sitting there along with other customers waiting for to be called. After a while, I went to the teller asked how much longer I may need to wait, a guy (he said his name is "Sal"?) interrupted my conversation with the teller said that there is no availability today, and I have to go online to make an appointment to even speak a representative. He was very rude with very bad attitude. I asked him what happened if I did not talk to the teller, was I supposed to sit there forever. His respond is "you can wait if you want, but there is no one to see you". What a horrible service! If Wells Fargo hires such unprofessional people, shame on Wells Fargo! We all should move out our money from Wells Fargo. Let's put our assets at a bank who respect their customers!
