  Went in person and had a good experience but some joint accounts are now messed up (ie access and visibility issues), and when I called no one answered and I was automatically directed to the 1800 number, where the accounts became even more muddled up. I have called multiple times now and no one at this branch answers the phone.

  Anything possible theses days even citi Atm sut down after people deposit cash. But put right numbers people can call get some helllllllllllp! Plllleeeeese!!!!!!!!!

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at Citi Bank. They were advertising two offers where, by keeping a set amount of money in both checking and savings for 90 days, you would earn $700 with a fixed interest rate. Unfortunately, the banker I worked with gave me misleading instructions on how the money needed to be transferred. Because of this, Citi has refused to honor the promotion. When I reached out to customer support, they told me to visit a branch. After taking the time to go in person, the branch then told me the offer wouldn’t be honored because the transfer was not considered an ACH transfer. At no point was this clearly explained upfront, and the information I was given by Citi’s own banker was incorrect. Overall, the lack of clear guidance, accountability, and unwillingness to accommodate after their mistake has left me very dissatisfied with Citi Bank. Update: reached out to the email provided by Citi to try and come to a resolution and am still getting the runaround. Their recent response was to make an appointment with the branch. Extremely disappointing.
