  I went there to open a CD account, but the employee I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. He explained it to me in a unprofessional way. I felt that, “If you want to open it, open it. If you don’t want to open it, then don’t.” Because of bad attitude, I decided to walk away. This young man needs additional training on how to treat customers in a more professional manner.

  Worst customer support, one teller having a deep conversation about parties he will go New year eve , the teller who took care of me rude and unprofessional, I did a withdrawal of $5000 dollars and requested $100 bills and he give me $1,000 dollars in 10’s and 20’s because he was too lazy to get up, he didn’t have enough 100’s in the register he said, so I started to count the money he give me and he said, you don’t need to count, I have a machine that do that… They have 2.3 stars rating, why they don’t fix that?

  I had recently a very bad experience in this branch. I would like to share with you what happened to me. One Sunday I went to this bank with my wife in order to take out something from my safe deposit. After waiting a lot of time, I was told that my safe deposit was closed and that I am not authorized to touch my stuff in my box. I was shocked and worried because I had jewelry in it, belonging also to my wife. i kept asking the reason of this situation but the employee wasn't able to answer to me. The day after I went to this branch again and the same employee told me that he sent an email to the supervisor and that he is still waiting from his reply. I contacted also the customer service of the bank and i told them this issue. After a few days I receive a phone call from this branch and the employee and the supervisor told me that I have never had a contract with the bank and that my name was not in their system, even if I have a bank account in this branch and that I used that box for 4 years with no issue. At the time of the lease of the box i was told that i shouldn't pay anything for its rent, i had the right to open and use that box. At the end of this incredible story, i had 2 options: to close the box and take out my stuff from it or to create a new lease and pay 60 dollars a year. The day after i went to this branch and, after more than hour of time, i was finally to return in possession of my jewelry. the employee and the supervisor told me that, in order to take back my stuff i had to prove that at least one object is mine and to describe it. I leave finally that branch very angry and without having any apology from the employee and from the supervisor, the worst experience in a bank in my life. Terrible.

  This branch is the worst. The tellers pay no attention to the people waiting on line, instead they have inane, mindless LONG conversations with customers, while the line of people waiting gets longer and longer. Talk about unaware and unprofessional. Handle the customers business, say hi and bye, and get to the next person on line. This nonsense happens every time i walk in this branch. The situation occurs because theres absolutely no supervision. Im thinking of pulling my account out of Capital One and going down the street to Citizens.
