- AAAngelique AtlasJan 2, 20241.0Apparently loyalty and compassion is lost in this society, leaving employees as mindless slaves just following the orders of their superiors. A one star rating honestly doesn't do justice to the disrespect that was received. My grandmother has been going to this bank for 55 years and I went with her to cash a check. There was some miscommunication with the teller and it was deposited instead of cashed. We waited for the teller to come back and address the issue, she said my grandmothers ID was expired and therefore they would not cash the check but they were somehow able to deposit it. We explained my grandmother is legally blind and her expired license has never been a problem in the past. They continue to say the same pre-written script that they couldn't cash it because the license was expired and we asked for the manager, the manager did not come but the same teller gave us the same script until we finally just took the check and drove away. It makes me sad that this is the reality of the society we live in, please be better not just for sake but everyone's.
