- SSSandyNov 15, 20251.0I was receiving scam phone calls which said money would be taken out of my account. I had never contacted nor called Pro Home...I don't even know what they are. Each time someone called me she or he would give me my account number as well as my routing number. I walked into the bank and spoke with Omar Pancham, assistant branch manager, who told me the account would be placed on hold which is what I wanted. When I got home I checked the phone numbers which had called and each one was from a Trustco branch. I called Trustco and asked to speak with Omar who was busy. The person answering the phone said she would ask him to call me, which he never did. I am so disappointed with the way I've been treated and it's scary to think that the local bank would not return my call or follow up on any of this. I can't believe they would allow this to continue because I did receive 2 more scam calls after talking with Omar.

- VAVilma AffinitoOct 12, 20251.0I called this branch (286 Saratoga Road) twice last week and left a message twice with a simple question. Both times I was told the manager at this GLENVILLE office would return my call. Got nothing. No call back! Not the first time this has happened either. Trustco has outdated technology with bill pay services, our checking account was compromised and a few thousand was stolen. Trustco repaid us but the fact that their technology was easily compromised is the concern. If we didn’t already have a mortgage with them, we would leave in a heartbeat. But switching to a new bank would mean closing costs-again! If you’re thinking about doing anything with this bank, go elsewhere! So many other better choices.

Mistakes have NOT been made with any of my transactions. I'm smiled at when I come in, when I get to the teller and when I leave. I don't see employees standing around chatting with each other while customers are lined up and waiting. I have banks that I avoid because of the employees. I look forward to coming here. I enjoy banking here and plan to be a longtime customer. The tellers are friendly, efficient and quite helpful. The manager is personable and often accessible if needed. I truly LOVE this branch! 10 out of 10 for service. 5 stars all the way!
