  I switched from First National Bank of Long Island after 25 years, because the closed their drive through ATM (never worked) about a year ago. The main Complaint is they don't have drive through ATM machines but rather plain drive throughs, but knowing I could still deposit and withdraw money I went along with it, a pain but it was working. Recently a new teller was on and with a few cars it took me 20 minutes, he asked my phone number to send me a text, I didn't have my phone, he came out of the bank up to my car to ask questions and have me enter my code to the phone, terrible. Well a month or two passed and things got back to normal, until yesterday, it was 12:45 (a Saturday) there were two cars, one at the teller window and one in a regular lane. At 1:00 PM the car in front of me pulled away, I pulled up and no one was in the window, I waited and blew the horn once, nothing, I blew it again and the teller came out. He inferred I was lucky he came out as it was 3 minutes passed the hour, I said I have been on line for 15 minutes. I questioned him if he is working the inside and the outside as the same time, he confirmed and told him I don't blame him the system is a sign of bad management. I am now looking for new bank. I am not a big customer so you won't be loosing much.

  Great experience and service. The person at the counter was very friendly and patient. Unfortunately there is no signal there so I get no internet. Their internet doesn't work the best. Overall a very positive experience

  Millions Thanks to Mr. James Soltani!!! He is the best !!! I have a trouble to get my TD app back, because I don’t remember Apple ID, password word, and meanwhile I have too many iPhones under my account, it cause the confusion and headache. I have asked help from Other TD staff, t Mobil staff, Apple store staff , relatives and friends, no help ohoh until I find Mr. James this afternoon. He solved all of the problems and headache!! I am very happy and relax now, go to this gentle man , he won’t disappoint you!!!!

  If I could give td bank zero stars I would ! I had a issue where someone hacked into my Apple ID and took money out of my account ! Before the money left my account told them it was fraud they still sent it out! Then made a dispute claim and has been nothing but a fight trying to get my Money ! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM ! You will regret it.
