I was hoping to be assisted by Juan, who usually helps me, but he was not at the branch that day. A representative named Shawna helped me instead, and she was wonderful. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient, even during a very busy time at the bank. She handled everything efficiently, and I was so happy that I was able to get everything done within my limited time. Excellent customer service!

Horrible first time experience opening an account they wanted to hold a check for a whole month.
