S.Jul 18, 20252.0I had a scheduled appointment at this branch to update account information and was assisted by Susana Sawhney, who appeared uninformed about the procedure but I remained patient throughout. Toward the end of the visit, I politely asked for her business card to follow up the request which would take more time to complete. She became unprofessionally irritated, claimed she had none, and refused to write down her email. Instead, she raised her voice and stormed off—twice—without providing the requested contact information. This level of unprofessionalism, especially from someone handling sensitive financial materials, is unacceptable. I expected basic courtesy and transparency and received neither. The only positive aspect of this appointment was the branch manager, Melissa Cunha, who demonstrated the level of professionalism one should expect from a bank associate and appeared genuinely willing to look into my account request after Ms. Sawhney’s discourteous conduct. I sincerely hope that when I follow up with Ms. Cunha, my request is handled properly and the experience is professional enough to warrant updating this review.

With the clock ticking, I received help from Felicia J and Juliana L, who were able to sort out my problem with a very short turnaround time. This was impressive because the bank was short staffed that day due to a manager’s meeting. They did an excellent job, thank you!
