  Horrible bank for small business. They set up our account to cover our services and then all of the sudden the new male manager comes and decides he wants to do it differently, without rhyme or reason. Cost us over $1500 profit the first week and almost double that the second week, until we found and partnered with NBT. They are “yes” people to their customers. They go out of your way to do whatever they can. Key Bank could have cared less if I ended up closing my doors because they stopped all my extra services for no reason, other than HE wanted to do everything his way after months of things working just fine. Now we are making serious money at all 6 of our locations and Key Bank could have been part of that. We were just awarded fasting growing business 1st quarter 2024 and I can honestly say we did in spite of you all. You only motivated me more. I am disgusted with how we were treated. There is a lot of conflict at this branch amongst the employees. That’s what started all this. It had NOTHING to do with me with customer. It had everything to do with the internal strife at that branch. I wish there was a way for me to sue and collect the $4000.00 we lost as a result of Key Bank. I reached out to our corporate council to find out. The moral of the story is…… DONT BANK WITH KEY BANK. They will tell you one thing and do another. I am disgusted what they did to us because of internal fracas. No transparency at the branch. The Key Banks corporate rules don’t apply to these people unless it’s convenient for them. I wish someone at corporate knew about this. I wish someone who has some say, actually new what they were doing over there. We are a minority owned business that’s why. I could tell as soon as the moment the new manager started, and how he interacted with us, that this was gonna deteriorate really fast.

  Absolutely horrible bank. There is a male manager with glasses, Is Absolutely lazy. I had two family members start a bank there. Both had issues receiving there cards because the manager did not call them in. I will be talking to a higher up this coming week.

  Their continued support through the hardest of times, willingness to help out, and ability to be there when you need them most has served me great. I have had issues a few times with key itself but the positives these employees bring to the table are fantastic. Thank you.
