I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at TD Bank just now. After waiting quietly and patiently for over 40 minutes, I witnessed an employee allow another person to skip ahead of me—someone whose name had been called over 30 minutes prior and who clearly did not show up when called. It was frustrating to see the employee accommodate this person simply because they shared the same race, ignoring the order and fairness of the queue. This kind of biased behavior is unacceptable in a professional setting and shows a serious lack of integrity and customer care. Everyone should be treated equally—regardless of who they are or what they look like. Today, that standard was clearly not upheld. Very disappointing. 0 star

Pull money from the ATM the ATM malfunction didn’t give me my cash and now I gave got to wait 5 to 7 business days to get my money.
