- PPPhillipOct 8, 20251.0I went in to start a business account and was standing there for and no one greeted me. I then was eventually greeted by Mike he was knowledgeable and helped me get all the information I needed. What I didnt like was when an elderly person came in and they all stared at the old man and when he left the front staff were talking and saying horrible things about him. Very unprofessional. I will do business with flagstar but maybe not that location
