  Tellers are always giving wrong information. According to them and official citibank check expires and can not be deposited. I will write a presidencial letter with a complaint

  We have been banking in Citibank for 30÷years with direct deposit and everything. This bank is getting worse and worse. I was going to open a new account today. There was no one greet me nor talk to me. I put my name on the waiting list through the QR code they provided on the wall. Then it was lost from my phone. No one had time to care what I was doing. The bankers were in and out quickly and gave us a nonexpressed look every time they passed by. They probably have too many customers so no one had time for me. It's time to consider a different bank.

  I did a cash deposit at the ATM since the bank was closed. 300 $ got stuck into the machine, I've received a receipt that the machine was unable to return my money. I've called their outsourced customer service and of course they couldn't help right away. Different suggestions where brought up, for me was clear to go to the branch to ask for their help since I've remembered the ATM machine from the day of my deposit. The branch teller was unable to assist, no branch manager there. He referred me to call their customer service. But it would have been so easy for them to figure out the mistake just call a technician check if money got stuck there. Instead I had to wait nearly month to get my money back. Just imagine being a struggling single mom with less income with bills to pay at a death line. You can't expect anything from this Bank, no logic/reasonable thinking!
