I never go to the drive up window cause I want to see my friends inside! I'm in & out in no time! They're very efficient and thorough! I never had a problem with anyone who works there. I actually enjoy going there, I just do see how anyone had a bad experience there!

Not only did it take 2 hours in person to have my name changed on an account; it has now taken 3 months to get an account transferred from NYCB to another institution, and they are still stalling on the process. Every person I have dealt with, both at the branch location and on the phone with their HQ has been incompetent.
