- JJJacobAug 14, 20221.0The Manager, Ms. Bermudez, was yelling at me the whole time I was there so that every customer could hear her. I was trying to deposit a check online which wasn't going through and went there to deposit the check and to show them that the check wasn't fake , when I was talking to her she yelled at me many times saying "you can't do that" like she was trying to accuse me of trying to scam or rob somebody. I even showed her that I got a Zelle deposit from the person, that I was trying to deposit the check from, she still treated me like a criminal after I explained everything to her. She also refused to check my account which would've proved that I have always received checks from this person. I really feel as though she doesn't like latinos or people of color even when her last name is hispanic.
