- PAPatrick AApr 4, 20231.0I was withdrawing a CD for 3 months at 3.25% full maturity and I was told from the beginning that percentage is for the whole amount. Manager Robert never spoke to me as he was on site and ran in the back like the coward that he is. As I proceeded to explain my situation they laughed at my amount of money that was deposited and stated what does he expect to get a big return out of this. Very unprofessional a bunch of liars and very dishonest people. I will never open a citi bank account ever again for any reason. If I could give zero stars I would.
