  I came in to update my account and make a deposit. I had an amazing representative, Nephy Guillomoitre who was sweet, personable and couldn't have been more helpful. Very positive experience! I'm the lady with purple hair.

  There is semi racial profiling at this location. I took out a 20.00 at the ATM because the line was too long to go to the cashier. Then I realized I needed change. The worker Carlos made a simple transaction out to be the worst He stated in order to change a 20.00 I need an account. So showing him my bank card I told him i was just at the ATM right there. I don't know how many times he checked the 20 as if it wasn't real. I told him i could simply show him the transaction I just did. I stayed there for longer than 4 to 5 minutes on something so simple.

  Td bank use to be good but now it suck makes no sense you have the same amount in bank to cash a your check and too many services fees

  I had one of the worst and most discriminatory banking experiences of my life at this TD Bank November 5th around 5:40 PM. I came in to cash a payroll check issued by my employer's TD Bank account something I've done at TD many times, including at this same location just weeks earlier. Instead of being treated respectfully, I was publicly humiliated and treated like I was committing fraud, despite having two valid IDs (a United States passport and NYS ID) and a payroll check from a long-standing corporate TD account. The Assistant Store Manager, Cristina Cicic (NMLS #767834) handled the situation with shocking disrespect. She loudly called me by my first name across the bank, slammed my IDs and check on the counter, and bluntly said "I can't cash this," without explanation. Staff gathered around her desk staring at my documents like it was a crime scene. One teller smirked and laughed throughout the situation. Cristina then put my employer who is white on **speakerphone** in front of the entire bank, attempting to expose confidential financial information to everyone around or do some kind of verification. When she spoke to him, her tone magically changed to friendly and respectful nothing like how she addressed me. I was the only Black customer in the branch during this entire incident, and the difference in how she treated us was glaring. After questioning my employer unnecessarily, she claimed she was "making an exception," as if doing me a personal favor. I was walked out of the bank by her with security present, I left shaking and completely humiliated. When I demanded an apology for the scene caused the lack of accountability was astonishing as she kept stating “I apologize you feel that way”. Meanwhile, over 40 employees from my company cashed the exact same payroll checks that day at TD branches and with their respective banks with no issues. I was the only one treated this way. This was deeply unprofessional, discriminatory, and traumatizing. I will be filing complaints with TD corporate, the CFPB, and the NY Attorney General. Customers deserve better than this. As a customer service manager for over 10 years and a training director for a corporate company I have never seen anything like this. Avoid this branch at all costs.
