  I’m very dissatisfied with my recent experience at this branch. I called earlier in the day to ask about doing a wire transfer on my phone. The representative I spoke with (Gina) told me to “try it online,” but never mentioned that if it didn’t work I would need to come into the branch before 2 p.m. for wires. As a result, I showed up at 4 p.m. only to be told they couldn’t process my request. One employee, Tabina, was professional and genuinely tried to help, which I appreciated. But when I later spoke with Gina in person, instead of acknowledging that she could have provided more complete guidance, she chose to argue with me. She even made a snide remark suggesting it was my fault for not calling back, and waved her hand as if to say making another phone call was “not that hard.” That attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely out of place in a customer-facing role. At a bank, customer service should mean providing complete, upfront support and making clients feel valued, not leaving them stranded without critical details and then deflecting responsibility. This experience showed a lack of accountability and basic courtesy, and it left me questioning whether this branch understands what real customer service looks like.

  Can’t believe a bank would turn away a new Customer in this economy! Walked across the street and opened a new account at Citi Bank which took less than 30 Mins.
