- AYAlice K YunAug 26, 20255.0My Dad and I, we waited about 15 minutes as most of the associates were busy helping out customers who had checked in via the QR code by the sitting area. We were helped by Alexis where my Dad wanted to order more checks and transfer his savings to a CD which were taken care of. Alexis had a gentle demeanor and was clear with the information which was appreciated. Glad to have this branch nearby to my father's where he can go to for his banking needs. This visit was pleasant due to the assistance of Alexis as well as the location.
- SCSal CollettiMar 16, 20251.0Waited 30 minutes for a notary. We left as the only notary was taking care of a customer doing a large transaction. Well I decided to make my own withdrawal from my TD accounts to Flagstar. Seems all TD branches have service issues.
- AJAlejandro JadOct 16, 20241.0Terrible Service. I am a student and they closed my bank due to "possible fraud". It's a small account that possibly deposits a few hundred dollars a month. They told me to talk to the bank manager, and when I went to the branch they proceeded to tell me she is only there on Wednesdays. Went on a Wednesday and she still wasn't there, and then was helped by another teller. He told me that I would get a call in a few days telling me if they can either reopen my account, or close it completely. It's been over three weeks and no response from anyone and I can't take my money out of the account either, Keep in mind it's a small amount. Terrible service, go to chase instead.
