The staff wasn't helpful staff all, when I told her that I wanna open a business checking account, she looked at me in a weird way. Very unprofessional service, where she doesn’t know any knowledge at all. She even asked me to come back tomorrow because she doesn’t know what to do and how to do her work. The staff was looking down at me, and make me felt very uncomfortable and question me like I couldn’t pay for the $3000 deposit. She said they have to come to my store to investigate in my business, before letting me open a business checking account. Which is funny, why kind of bank have to come to the store to investigate in ur business for opening a checking account. I’m not even asking them for a credit card account. It’s a saving account, where I put my money in. It’s just a really bad experience. DON’T recommend this bank, if u want to open a business account. Very unprofessional and clueless staff at this bank!
