I came in to make a small cash deposit and noticed there wasn’t a single deposit slip. I went up to teller(a black lady) and asked her politely if I could right my account on a slip. She coldly tells me” you know you can just tell me your account number right” with an attitude and started mumbling below her breath as if I couldn’t tell she wasn’t talking bad about me. I get it if your having a bad day but don’t take it out on me if I’m just asking you a simple question and not starting an issue. I use the app as much as possible to avoid branches and people but I can’t put cash through a phone. Anyways why am I wasting time with a bank when they can’t even get the most basic customer service right.
