- LJLady JSep 6, 20251.0Why doesn't the elevator work? I've been told over the past YEAR, YES YEAR that it's out of order. Now being told that it's repaired and needs to be inspected. I'm in my 60s, with Parkinson's Disease, stairs are an issue. Confused as to why you would have handicapped parking if you're not handicapped compliant.

I’ve always been served within a timely manner. On occasion, there may be a wait at the teller line but I’ve noticed they have really good teamwork where an available staff at the customer service desk will assist the next person waiting in line. Most of the staff are good but my favorite is Angela. She is helpful and very knowledgable.
