- LLLisa LengNov 6, 20251.0I am writing this review with considerable frustration. After opening a bank account, it was subsequently frozen. Back-office staff informed me this was due to an irregularity with a cheque. When I inquired about the necessary steps, whether I could retrieve my cheque, or if they could provide the reason for the irregularity so I could address it with the issuing organisation... the back-office service and branch staff merely passed the buck between them. No one could offer a solution. I have no idea whom else to approach to resolve this matter.

She took money out of my account to cash my check and didnt tell me so now im negative to what the check was until Monday cause she decided for me thats a good idea when i couldve just cashed it at a check cashing place for the full amount instead of it being on hold now. Filed 1 complaint with corp will be filing more for escalation of this situation
