  I'm sorry I ever tried to do business w/this bank I open an account w/Belinda in this branch she took 1 month to open this account that was intended to be a payroll account Not only she took for ever when she finally opened she sent the documentation to the wrong address even do i warned her to my factory and mailing address where different So when I complaint the bank decided to close my accounts personal and business This action really complicated my personal and business activities and responsibilities When I open the account I deposited $15000 dollars that money was intended to be used for salaries payroll pay my house loan and car payment besides other payments So they won't make money available and they won't give me my check back With one little technical detail they collected the money already This is costing me an incredible amount of stress and complications the negative impact in my business and personal life is beyond explaining Citibank ruined my Christmas and my employees Christmas they stolled my money and that's what they do to small businesses and hard working people they still your money I'm planning to take this matter to another level perhaps supreme court Do your self a favor do not use Citibank especially the one in Pearsons Blvd

  I am writing this review with considerable frustration. After opening a bank account, it was subsequently frozen. Back-office staff informed me this was due to an irregularity with a cheque. When I inquired about the necessary steps, whether I could retrieve my cheque, or if they could provide the reason for the irregularity so I could address it with the issuing organisation... the back-office service and branch staff merely passed the buck between them. No one could offer a solution. I have no idea whom else to approach to resolve this matter.

  Dont even come here the TELLER HERE IS LITERALLY not capable of understanding. She took money out of my account to cash my check and didnt tell me so now im negative to what the check was until Monday cause she decided for me thats a good idea when i couldve just cashed it at a check cashing place for the full amount instead of it being on hold now. Filed 1 complaint with corp will be filing more for escalation of this situation

  Customer service needs improvement. The teller I interacted with was not polite-- when I greeted them first, they didn't reply and their attitude felt dismissive.
