It was Saturday, i went 10mnt ago, nicely keep quality waited as soon i enter she keep saying you come early, we open 10am. I said its okay i was waiting quite i dnt force you open door early or not ask explanation but she still irriated & keep saying you coming early. Then i said okay as you are that much annoyed i wnt take YOUR service i wilk leave. Meantime a old black lady may be manager came & said its okay!!! I said no its not okay. Instead of welcome me she get irritated & keep saying i came early when i was waiting outside quite. But black lady also keep saying its okay. Then i left without service. Im gonna close all my a/c with Citi. Ther customers service on phone also worse class. Unfortunately there is no option to give negative mark thats why give one they dnt even deserve 0. Yak
- EEEricJul 11, 20245.0It's unclear to me why there are so many negative reviews of this branch, but I've been here numerous times and the branch manager Mirna has been very down and earth and pleasant. The entire banking staff is kind, receptive, and responsive to my needs and made sure I was satisfied. Keep up the great work! 🙌

They don't pick-up the phone because they lack the knowledge to fix the problem they caused. It's even worse when you don't accommodate their subpar service by opening a new account for example. At this point Citibank is just a wallet or a mattress. If you want a better return on your money consider CIT Bank, Capitol One, or NEFCU among others After so may years, this is so dissapointing.
