- B1BabyKhan 1220Sep 6, 20251.0This is for the flushing branch in particular. I’ve used this bank for more than 6 years and I’ve had no real issues or complaints until now. I have NEVER ever heard of a bank closing and not allowing ATM use. There was a time that homeless people were using the ATM vestibule during the night times, I won’t deny that. But completely shutting the place down and closing it all day on Sunday seems like the bank/manager is taking their frustrations out on the actual customers of the branch. I’ve had to dish out more than 20 dollars in banking fees recently because this bank chose to limit their ATM hours instead of fixing an issue that had nothing to do with us, the clients, that are simply trying to access their hard earned funds. I am seriously considering closing my decently funded account and moving to a different bank close by- since every single other bank in the area provides 24/7 ATM access. BTW, it seems that it’s ONLY the flushing branch that shuts down the ATM during the night times and completely on Sundays. I’ve been to many other Capital One banks in Queens and Long Island and have NEVER run into this issue.
