I was assisted by Nikko who has been my personal banker since I moved back to NY. It was a little busy and Nikko was multi tasking helping his teammates while also helping me. With each interruption he apologized to me. I told him it was fine. I provided the information that I knew to be accurate and he did his magic. After about 20 minutes he produced the document that showed my check was deposited on July 3. I couldn't be more satisfied. I love the vibe in that branch. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Within half an hour after I left Nikko sent me a Thank you e-mail like he always does. Fishkill should be the role model for good customer service. They do it every single day. Thank you
