I got through it with their caring & knowledge. May I inform everyone to get a will & trust done so that things are So Much easier for their beneficiaries to handle in the future. Mine was completed 4 yrs. ago & it's a peaceful feeling to know I've made things easier for my children. My sincere thanks Key Bank!
- MTM TJul 22, 20191.0Given a recent encounter with a customer service rep at this location, I closed my account. I'm glad to have learned of Key Bank's poor customer service before transferring significant assets from Fidelity and Chase. Frankly, in all my years of working with financial institutions, I’ve never experienced such a toxic attitude as I did with one employee at this location. I’m shocked by the level of incompetence. I’ve been with Chase for decades and have never had such an experience. The only reason I went with Key Bank was to participate in their competitive sign-on funding. In the end, it wasn’t worth it.

Now I have been waiting over three weeks for a replacement card that Key has dropped/forgotten about, and my bills are pilling up---can't be paid, no debit card. Called the bank, and get an answering machine during normal business hours. Terrible customer service, and Jim at Key has not got back to me. No way to run any business, and had to call the Manlius branch to get any kind of service. Thanks for NOTHING you should be ashamed of your selves for such BAD service!!!!
