- TTThis and ThatDec 2, 20221.0Worst customer service and banking experience. Made an elderly man drive back three times due to their errors. Were not accommodating or apologetic at all. Lack of knowledge and so many issues there recently. Everything done in “back office” and can’t answer basic questions. A shame. Will be closing account there after 25+ years of banking with them and through all the name changes.
