When the government was closed they helped me with the bank fees because I had no income coming in. They assisted my son when he opened his first account, and taught him how everything worked. Best bank I ever worked with.

Especially after being a client/customer for 10+ years. Also they add these stupid charges and "maintenance fees", and "cleaning fees"? Everytime i transferred money into my credit karma savings they would charge me like $3. That adds up. The random fees and purchase authorizations are just insane. Ill get charged $1 for getting gas using my debit card. Idk if other banks do this or are like this.

I gave two stars because I am glad someone finally helped me leave TD. I would give zero stars if possible but she gave me some good advice!!
