Went to the branch and met Paula, she took her time and went up and beyond for me. I truly appreciate her and her time and efforts. Yenipher had zero knowledge of business accounts, loudly rejected my documents without reason, and showed no customer service skills. With the same documents, another TD branch opened my account within 10 minutes. This location is unprofessional, untrained, and honestly better suited for a food stall than a bank.
