She gave me options and handled it professionally and to my grateful satisfaction. BTW.. I called 1st and when do you get another live person on the other end immediately? I did. The manager picked up and asked "How can I help you? Thank you again.

- JBJackie BiberMay 6, 20201.0Purchasing a home and needed to call in advance to take out a cash withdrawal. Camille was helpful at first and said I can pick up the cash in a week. She said it wouldn’t be a problem. Then 10 minutes later I get a call from Jody the branch manager and starts accusing me of the withdrawal being “suspicious” and it’s an “unusual”, questioning me and treating me like a criminal. She literally asked me “What does your family think about what you’re doing?” SERIOUSLY? My family is none of your business, sweetie. So Unprofessional. Great Job Jody! Customers love when you make them feel uncomfortable. Keep doing you. She’s also not the branch manager, found out by corporate.
