I was promised a bonus for meeting certain deposit conditions and confirmed everything with the staff in person before moving forward. They failed to explain a crucial detail about the deposit process, which ended up disqualifying me. I kept my account in good standing for months, but when I followed up, I was told I wasn’t eligible because of technicalities they never communicated. Poor transparency, inconsistent information, and no accountability. This experience cost the bank not only my trust, but any future business.
