- GWG WDec 8, 20251.0I enjoy banking with key bank but this branch is terrible. Had a call scheduled with the manager last week but to no surprise he didn’t call. Always an issue. I’ll go to other locations instead.

Please train your bankers to provide accurate information. Also, customer service tip: if there is a problem, don't repeat the problem to the client by bringing in your manager. Try to work out a solution instead of repeating the issue.
