- DDDaryl DavisDec 26, 20225.0CCTC has been my bank since 1985, I've always been greeted warmly by the staff. I have only had one issue in that entire time. I finance my cars though this bank and have great rates. Getting a personal loan with a low rate was very easy and very little time.( I think I was there for about an hour.) Left with the money in my account. For as long as I can remember the staff at CCTC has always been friendly and helpful. At this point I don't think I would go anywhere else.

They haven't a clue how to operate in a virus-laden society. We were asked to bring forms to a closing, and were never asked to produce them!? When attempting to reach our "closing agent," if she were on vacation or unavailable, we were never notified, no message on the voicemail, nor given an alternative contact!? Our calls, voicemails and emails went unanswered for days. Frustrating at best, infuriating at worst.
