  Does the TD Bank CEO know about the employees' expressions and rude behavior? This place was hell for me today. I was trying to send money to Africa. Unfortunately, I was sitting in front of an unprofessional woman, and I kept having problems. The first time, Africa sent me two bank information forms, but I mixed them up and entered them incorrectly, and I wasted time trying to get the information I had written down, and she said it wouldn't work. The second problem was that Africa couldn't send money because there was no recipient address. After spending about 40 minutes like this, I left and received the address via email. I went back again. This time, I met a different woman. Another woman. She said she had one last check, showed me the monitor, and asked me to check if it was correct. I checked and told her it was all correct. From then on, she looked me in the eye. She couldn't believe me, saying she couldn't send the money for no reason. I was speechless, not knowing what to say or do to such an ignorant woman. I sent it using the information I gave her, and she asked me to check everything, and even after checking, she said it wouldn't work. I didn't understand why this woman was still there. The first woman I saw realized the problem thanks to a man next to her, and the second woman also had another man come and help her solve the problem in 20 seconds. These two young women in their 30s absolutely need to be re-educated from the beginning, starting with character education and banking procedures. You are the bad girls who deserve it. I wasted two hours in that bank because of two ignorant people.

  OMG. I went to Td to cash a $12 check from NY State Tax. This awful bank teller, Kristine was rude from the start. She said I can’t cash it but I can deposit the check. I said I want to cash the $12. I have much more than $12 in the Acct. There shouldn’t be an issue. Unfortunately, She sd can’t because it’s from NY State Tax. Please try to avoid this Kristine At that bank. She really was a toxic awful person
