No call center to get through, no resources available. This bank likes to take your money and control it. I had no access to my funds multiple times in the last few months. And one of its managers managed to lose me $150 I was owed. Awful, they take no responsibilities and offer nothing to compensate for locking people unjustly out of their account for multiple days. App outages all the time. One call center employee mocked me and another yelled at me. Rude and will never make up for their mistakes. Not this branch. THIS entire bank. Avoid

So for the past 2 months they are taking a maintenance fee from my daughter's account even when she keeps a min balance. We have tried to contact the bank but to no avail. They insist it is not correct. TOMORROW I AM TAKING HER TO THE BANK TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT. IF THIS CONTINUES I WILL CLOSE ALL ACCOUNTS HELD AND MOVE THEM TO A NEW BANK. I HAVE ALL THE PRINT OUT'S FOR HER BALANCE BUT THEY REFUSE TO RETURN HER FEES. THE BANK IS NOT CORRECT. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! 7-14-20 I received a call from the branch manager today regarding the above issue. She was very nice and said she was sorry to hear of this problem. I am very happy I now have someone to talk to at Ridgewood Savings Bank. Thank you for contacting me. I'm so glad we resolved this issue. Again, thank you for the callback.
