They collected the money and froze it. If it was fraud, why they accept the check and then close my account? They hold your money for months. They act in bad faith.

They asked me to swipe their bank card so that they could service me, also they are not friendly. Chase don't do that!!! No matter who you are, they help you with your need. In my opinion, citi banks are only happy to service THEIR customers but Chase are happy to service ALL, no matter whether you have their bank card or not. Who do you think is better??? I swear that I would not visit this branch ever!!!
